We charge a flat shipping rate of 5 British pounds on every order

How long does delivery take
Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days including handling and transit time

What is your order cutoff time
Orders placed before 3pm are processed the same day Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next business day

Do you accept returns
Yes we accept returns within 30 days of delivery

Who pays for return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged

How long does it take to process a refund
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
